Our volunteers are the heart of the convention—helping guests, supporting vendors and artists, keeping activities running smoothly, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
That’s why we call our volunteer team the Dragon Crew!
Just like our Little Dragon mascot, the Dragon Crew represents teamwork, community, enthusiasm, and the spirit of adventure that makes Chiisana-Ryu Con special.

REQUIREMENTS
•Must be 17 years old or above.
•Have a good sense of responsibility, and generally reliable.
•Capable of working with others.
•Able to present yourself positively in a public setting.

Your Role: As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various exciting aspects of the convention, including but not limited to:
Registration assistance
Panel room support
Exhibitor/vendor hall operations
Cosplay contest coordination
Crowd control & line management
Guest services and VIP assistance
Event setup and breakdown
Information desk support
Merchandise booth and Artist Alley assistance
Children’s Zone activities
Gaming area oversight
Each role is essential in making Meadowlark Comic Con a standout experience, and we can't do it without you!
